PNW Landscape Marquetry Card
A pocket-sized piece of the Pacific Northwest, rendered in hardwood marquetry. The same PNW landscape imagery from the artist's triptych series — mountains, water, sky — distilled into a single card format. A gift that holds its own on a shelf, a desk, or a windowsill.
Each card is laser-cut from hand-selected hardwood veneer ply and inlaid by hand onto a solid wood substrate. No two are identical — the grain makes sure of that.
Materials. Three tonally different hardwoods — maple, aromatic cedar, and black-stained Baltic birch — precisely laser-cut and inlaid by hand. Finished with Odie's Oil, a non-toxic hardwax that deepens the grain and lasts for generations.
Dimensions. 4" × 6" — fits in a standard card envelope or stands on a small easel.
Made to order in the Flower & Fang studio in Seattle by Jack Danger. Shipped directly to you or sent as a gift on your behalf — leave a note at checkout with any special instructions.
Care. Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and high humidity. A light re-oil every year or two with any food-safe wood conditioner will keep the grain lively.
